- An organization culture will say how employees behave or work
in an organization as when the culture is good one employees give
their best and try to achieve their organizational goals and thus
the productivity level of the organization increases. Also, they
behave well with other people, develop good relationships and
create healthy competition among their co-workers.
- Positive culture also gives a good working environment and
people like to work in a good work environment and thus it becomes

if the work environment is not good.

organization will be decided by its culture only. Customers,

an organization where the work culture is good and they treat
employees with respect and are doing things ethically.
