Organizational changes are something that requires adaptive methodologies and concerns on a large scale. Some of the reasons why organizational change is so difficult for an organization is because:-
1. There would have been many rigid plans and norms before, and after having organizational changes it would be difficult to cope up with new terms.
2. The employees may find it difficult to get in sync with new changes.
3. Being adaptive with changes has many costs, one of them is, the time. There would be a need for time, to get adjust to the changes.
4. It may lead to unnecessary tensions in the operative level of the organization.
5. It would be difficult for the organization to accurately foresee, its future.
