Culture has deep effects on negotiations as one part of culture may or may not be acceptable by another culture and thus negotiations becomes complex as there are different belief systems and preconceived notions.

Deceit and ambiguity and lack of transparency in negotiation is completely unethical and illegal. Its unethical whatsoever in any situation like negotiations or teamwork pr collaboration to lie and deceit as it leads to negative implications like failure of project, lack of trust, conflicts between teams, low morale, pffice politics which ultimately increases employees turnover.

Lie and deceit in negotiations leads to poor relationships and loss of brand image and gets caught in brand audit which leads to cancellation of license in worst case.
