1. It makes people accountable for the work they do. Adapting a change becomes a job for everyone in the organization and they will take the responsibility of making it a success.

2. It improves the employee productivity. The company goes for a continuous change by creating an opportunity for the employees to learn new things that can be implemented in their work. The employees will have a better morale and feel excited to implement the new practices they have learned.

3. It improves the quality of the work done. When the employee productivity increases, the company will automatically see in improvement in the quality of work done by the employees. This also keeps the customers happy and the company will end up generating more revenue.
