Organizations like Tata Motors, Wal-Mart, and Tesla has undergone some changes in the past or recent past. The business of Tata Motors in The UK was not doing well where it acquired the brand Jaguar too however, they had to lay off many employees in the previous days due to the Brexit and the economic crisis that follows with it. This change was evident with the falling price of its share across the UK stock exchange or Indian Stock exchange making the business save cost with limited production till the business doesn’t gain its foothold back. The failure to keep the stakeholders satisfied with the returns was a good reason why it had to do so, especially in the UK market.
Wal-Mart had to change its operations as the app-based home deliveries were gaining preference with the consumers with the enhancement of technology and its ways of reaching the consumer. The Wal-Mark decided to regain the lost section of the market with a change in operations where the house delivery was added to its operations and offerings to match the changes in the market offerings by competitors.
Similarly, Tesla has its factory at California in the US which was capsized by the political forces in that state for their minor gains. Tesla had to decide to change its production location since the political atmosphere which is most needed by any independent business from the state and the government was not coming. Other states in the US offered the business of Tesla with the needed land and infrastructure to shift which has made it easy for the brand to avoid the local conflict and start afresh in a new state which is politically more supportive of the business.
