Answer #1

interview is the formal process of assessing the capabilities, attidues, abilities and knowledge of others to judge whether the person is suitable for a given vacancy or not. in this, the inner view of the opposite person will be extract by posing some questions. most of the times interviews will be planned for a specific post/position/ designation only. It means the nature of work what these people have to do or perform was already defined. The job description and job analysis will be there and based on these the interview will be planned.

the pannel or interview person should plan to run the interview in smooth way. Those questions will be :

  • questions about religion, community, cast, sex etc
  • about nationlaity, color, age etc
  • question about any disabilities and any personal healthcare problems
  • about any criminal or any other cases from police or millitary
  • about bankruptcy issues

the above said are some specific questions where the interviewee will feel uncomfortable in the interview. and some other questions like do you work with a male or female boss who are more beatiful or handsome? how many child you are, how and what your partner is and so on.

the questions should be related to nature of the work, efficincies to perform the work, quality and productivity at the work, and other related to the work or career of the person, but not anything about above mentioned areas.
