Homework Answers

Answer #1

If our coworker is behaving in an unethical and in incompetent manner then we should consider following points before making a decision-

1. Were we capable of identifying the intentions before its occurrences?

2. Will their behaviour teach something to us in positive manner?

3. Will their behaviour affect our health in negative manner?

4. Is there any alternative present to avoid the negative energy?

5. Will our organisation get any benefit from such conflicts?

Answers of these questions must be clear to us in all senses. These answers should be able to make us reach to a state of decision. Coherence of views should not be there. Morality should be involved in each and every action and decision. Lucid mentality must be present before making any commitment. Future perspective and wellness of family members must be ensured before making any step.
