What can you do before the interview to prepare?

I will gather information about the job, company, my educational qualification, prior job experience and the industry I am working. I will gather all these relevant information and prepare myself for the interview.

How do you discover the proper dress code for an interview?

It depends upon the season and weather condition at that time. If I am going for an executive position, then I will prefer formal dress code with formal trouser, shirt and a tie. I will also wear oxford formal black shoes with white shocks. If the weather is cold one, I will prefer having a blazer.

What kinds of questions should you expect from the interviewer?

I expect question ranging from my personal life to the schools, colleges I have attended, core question on my subject and job, prior organization related question, economy and society and the industry where I am supposed to work.

What questions should you ask or avoid?

I would avoid controversial political oriented question and any discussion which led to extreme end.

How do you turn a job interview into a job offer?

I appear in the interview confidently and convince the interviewer through my answer and communication that I am the right person they are looking for.
