What is your take on the assertion that. power is the ultimate attribute a leader needs to promote organizational development?
With the help of power, leaders can be able to prevent action and make things going based on one's perspective. It also provides an ability to influence others. Leaders exert power so to help individuals and teams to achieve their organizational goals by developing themselves. Power can influence others so this would be a good way to achieve greater performance by the followers. This way, superiors too can be able to make important decisions in an organization. In basic terms, leaders need power so to influence and develop people in an organization.
