While planning for Organisational change aspects of diversity that a leader must keep in mind are as follows
Effectively communicating with the stakeholders of the organisation.
Communicating regarding the reason for change and the process of change. It is the task of leader to ensure that all the stakeholder are comfortable with the change. How does that change link with the strategy of business of the organisation? Is the question that needs to be answered by the leader of the organisation. Explain to the stakeholder how that change will impact positively to the business and eventually create profits for all its stakeholders. Plan in order to accept the change gracefully and maintain that change is inevitable on the path towards success.
