“Have You Been Influenced by a Leader?” Please respond to the following: What organizational leader has had the most positive influence in your life, and why? How would you describe what this person contributes to your life in three (3) words? Write a minimum of 300 words for your initial response

The leader I have been influenced by is Elon Musk.

He's The CEO of Tesla inc. and SpaceX programs and has had a positive influence in the minds of both his workers as well as other organizations as well as the public. I do not personally work for the company, but, I can say that Elon Musk’s leadership and work ethics have forced me to be considering the change in my own job for quite some time now. His qualities are way beyond normal leaders. Not only is he a charismatic leader which influences his employees, he also encourages them, consults them in his decisions as well as have a transformational relationship[ with them in order to bring out the best in their abilities. Usually, we can see that leaders with such characteristics can sometimes be considered to become toxic in their nature, to a [point where it becomes impossible for the workers to effectively work in their guidance as well as grow but such is not the case with him. He possesses the qualities of different leadership styles as well as being a man of work ethic has allowed him to gain respect in the mind of his employees and other coworkers.

In three words I can describe his contribution to my life as being riveting, motivational and inspiring.

His conduct is inspiring as well as motivational. He is a man that follows his vision and strives for innovation more than corporate gains and turnovers. Most importantly, he understands the value of employee collaboration, contribution and satisfaction as a valuable tool to allow a company to grow as well as create, innovate and constantly allow newer techniques of management to be discovered and utilized for the purpose of being able to create better work environment as far as it goes.
