1. Level of trust between the appraiser and appraisee. - level of trust is determined by recording ratee's and rater's performance, objectivity in the appraisal. Low level of trust will lead to ineffective performance of staff and exhibiting high level of trust lead to constructive improvement of performance and meeting performance targets.

2. Level of training - This give a positive results in evaluation of performance. This makes very clear, comfortable and creates a good relationship between parties. Lack of training leads to confusion, poor management, and loss of trust.

3. Communication - This is important in evaluating the performance. It involves monthly notifications, regular preparations, feedback and interactions between the parties.
