ii) Being underweight: Body fat levels below 10 to 15 percent normal can completely shut down the reproductive process

iii) Having a hormonal imbalance: Irregularities in the hormone system can affect ovulation.

iv) Having an autoimmune disorder: Diseases such as lupus, diabetes, thyroid disease, and rheumatoid arthritis can affect ovulation

v) Taking medication: Antidepressants, antibiotics, painkillers, and other drugs used to treat chronic disorders may cause temporary infertility.

vi) Using tobacco or alcohol: Smoking may increase the risk of infertility in women and moderate consumption of alcohol.

ROLE OF ESTROGEN: they play important role in growth and development of female secondary sexual characters such as breasts, pubic,endometrium,regulation of menstrual cycle.
