  • Make them involve in discussion with the younger workforce to encourage them to get involved

  • Make them feel important and concentrate on the value of the experience they have.
  • Always give them the responsibility to guide the younger workforce and ask them to share the knowledge
  • Create a knowledge sharing platform for the older workforce to get engaged with the other employees in the company
