Answer #1

Leadership is the process where the leaders exhibit values and lead people to develop an intrinsic factor for achieving the best objectives and goals possible.

Leadership is having a great value in the organisation as it helps in better development of the emotional intelligence, motivation and confidence among the team members. With what I believe is that the value of true leadership lies with the experience, knowledge and skills of the people.

The leadership where you are able to use your experience to motivate people, knowledge to lead and guide people and also skills to make sure your people are having the best skill to strategic manage and make your organisation stand the best in the industry. The true authenticity and the honesty where the people are guided for the best direction to achieve the organisational as well as personal goals is where the true leadership and the values lies.

Ignoring discount rates means we can just multiply the probabilities and payoffs to determine the expected value of the investment: ($1,000,000 * 20%) + ($0 * 80%) = $200,000 This is the present value of the uncertain...
