Team 3 changed the venue from Lisbon, Portugal to Sydney (Australia) this week for our pilot venue. This will postpone our furniture for another month. Such adjustments do not affect our overall project time, because we are already on budget in 2 months. This encouraged us to go back and move places and start to find a place to develop for the pilot shop site. We were able to pick-up and continue from another location in order to begin the selection process over to find a site. The shift happened at some stage in the project which was not closed. The delay in deployment does not impact the timetable because we have given ample time to accommodate the additional 30 days in the planning and implementation process.

With these changes the team charter and project charter of the project will not be affected. After the modifications were requested, the scope management plan will be updated with new updates to the WBS. The biggest changes that we need to tackle is the alteration of our furniture import / export systems, and the logistics companies we used to bring the products to the final destinations. We have now moved to Australia as a language barrier that we had in Lisbon. But, we will have to pay in the budget for the first six months because the pay scales in Sidney are higher. This move throws a little wrench into the program, but it's not a major one and doesn't bring in many changes.
