a) Managers/leaders turn ' blind ' to the impact of cultural diversity since it creates complexities and needs understanding of the diverse cultures. Such knowledge may not be available with leaders/managers so they ignore the impact of cultural diversity.
b)As a diversity consultant, I would suggest the parties in conflict to develop understanding through listening each other problems and perspectives to create a culturally synergistic solution. A culturally synergistic solution can be developed with incorporating the salient features of both cultures that are in conflict and negotiating to find a solution to any conflict so that the solution is acceptable to both parties.
