a. The healthcare organization that I would like to work in Toronto General Hospital located in Toronto, Cannada. This is the best hospital in Canada for the best cardiac care, organ transplantation and I admire the most to work as a registered nurse.

b. Currently they are opening for the registered nurse that has to work in the operating room. The job have to work for three shift that is day, evening and night shift.

c. The requirement for the job includes that the patient should register for the license for the practice. The nurse should have BLS certification, registration to the college of Nurses of Ontario as a registered nurse, ability to perform verbal and written communication, proper time management skills, ability to maintain a proper interpersonal relationship, fast critical thinking, decision-making skills, ability to work in a team.

The two S.M.A.R.T goals to achieve the desire goal are

- To join the BLS course to gain the knowledge regarding BLS and get the certification for training.

- To develop the skills of maintaining proper interpersonal relationship, critical thinking and time management.
