When we need to send a team of employees as expatriates to China as an HR we need to first select people who have required documents so that the process becomes easy for us. The employees who are eligible for the project needs to be selected and among them those with the required documents are to be shortlisted. We need to train them to adjust for the living conditions there and try to make them familiar with the language. Accomodations and other facilities must be arranged. We must not face issues after they go there like falling sick or failing to meet the expectations. For example a person in the team is not able to adjust to the environment there and applies to come back thenw e will ahve the whole team disturbed.
