A.  The proper type of stakeholders that are needed for this project-

Stakeholders- These are the people or a person who are intrested in or are related or concerned with the project or our business.

Targetting the right stakeholders is a very necessasry part of any project.

The various stakeholders according to our this project would be-

  1. Customers- A business doesn’t exist without customers. Customers are the people who buy business products. They expect alot from a business and to keep up with these expectations, a business needs to keep up with the good quality and efforts. For this project Customers woulde be- STUDENTS, SCHOOLS, COMPANIES, UNIVERSITIES
  2. Employees- They are one of the other most important stake of the comany. They work for the company, for the customers, with the customers. They accept the feedback, promote the business, improve the business. They expect benefits like bonus, career growth, stable work life balance. Here the employees could be the full time, part time or Free lancers.
  3. Investors- Investors are the people who invest money in th business and expect the profit in return. They can not only be the owner but can also be the outsiders who just want to invest in a profitable business. In this case we can seek SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES, COMPANIES, INSTITUTIONS as investors in the project.
  4. Government- Depending on the quality, growth and requirement of the product, it can be under an eye of the government and being this as E-learning site, Government can really use this and make a profit out of it.

B. PROJECT TEAM AND THEIR TASKS-

In This project there would be a team of 37 members-

  1. Team Leader/ Manager(1)- He is responsible for the overall management of the other teammates and ensures the quality work of other employees and is responsible for delievring the project to CEO at time with the resources provide.
  2. Requirement Gathering (2 people)- They are responsible for the gathering of all the requirements for this project, and ensures to cover all possible aspect.
  3. Resource Estimation and gathering (2 people)- They are responsible for the gathering of all the resources like Cost, Materials, Time, No. of employess, Stakeholders etc for this project, and ensures to cover all possible aspect.
  4. Risk Management Plan(3 people)- They are responsible for the Risk Analysis of this project, and ensures to cover all possible aspect as market risks like competition, website risks like hacking or crashing etc.
  5. Backend Developers (4 people)- These developers will be responsible for creating the backend of the project and they are required to have the knowledge of the backend coding.
  6. Frontend Developer (4 people)- These developers will be responsible for creating the Frontend of the project and they are required to have the knowledge of the Frontend coding and necessary tools.
  7. Testers/Software Analysis(5 people)- They are responsible for the assuring the quality of the project and testing all the possible cases of the project so that before handling to the user they test the quality properly. Also they are responsible for the feedback of the customers so that they can improve the quality and remove bugs time to time and make sure our customer get the best experience.
  8. Marketting Manager(1)- They are responsible for the marketing and advertising of the project, and ensures to cover all possible aspect in this area.
  9. Sales Executive (1)- They are responsible for the sales and advertising of the project, and ensures to Target all possible type of audience or customers for the project.
  10. Salesmen (10 people)- They are responsible for the promoting the sales of the project, and ensures to Target all possible type of audience or customers for the project.
  11. Project Launch Team(4 people)- They are responsible for the launcing event of the project and organizing the event for the launch.

C. Timeline, assuming that the website SHOULD be online in 6 months-

INITIAL PHASE-

  • Planning- 3 weeks
