I was working on an a event planning for a college.I like to work in team and it become more successful when team supports it.We work from the morning and took rest in the breaks.Team work together WHEN-

1.There is a good leader,who builds and motivates it's team for future goals,as motivation comes from spirit rather than gestures.

2.When we tell how their are important to us,hard-work,management this all helps in developing the spirit of team.

3.It is all about working together,it gives opportunity to enhance the capability and design to appreciate creative techniques to generate output.

4.To increase the confidence of the team so that their can give best.

5.Appreciate on small or little things,this also helps in working of team together and divide the task in such a way,so that their can give best out of it.

Issues of the team work:-

1.Adjusting in a team is big task for everyone as it leads to challenging task because everyone has individual differences.

2.Connecting and communication is an another issue faced during the team work,as some how if an individual is not able to connect and communicate it will become a challenging task for him and team too.

3.Optimistic attitude is required in the team-work,this is also an issue faced during the team work.

4.Team work is all about trusting each other, so or forth it is crucial in knowing each other properly,if it lacked it will create an issue.

5.As we know the team members bring a new skills,experiences,knowledge to the table,if their don't give or share it will make the whole team efforts fruitless.
