avoiding strategy is a conflict resolving strategy in which one party walks away from the conflict and behaves like it never happened, so it is a strategy in which there is moving away from the reasons of the conflict and behaving like there is nothing wrong, and it never happened.
I will be trying to manage conflict through avoiding strategies by avoiding the reasons of the conflict and making the parties walk away from the point of conflict so that there is a proper resolution related to these conflicts.
One who will be walking away from the conflict between the both party will be winning the conflict because he has solved the conflict using avoiding strategy but other party who sticks onto the contract , would be vsupposedly losing the conflict
