In the scenario I am working as a senior developer in a software development team.

• There are 5 members in my team Since we are working as a team I would teach them about how to finish the work on time and how to manage time.
• I would guide them to achieve set of specific targets assigned to them on time.
• I would prefer to improve team coordination which helps to minimize the conflicts among team members and hence reduces communication gaps.
• They ought to be made mindful of professional morals and they ought to be trained how to utilize the GitHub so they can deal with their codes easily.

By following these steps we can overcome the problems and could be able to complete work on time.
