one of the main reason company work is their employees. employees are the important part of any organization. they are the major source of the organization as they are the building block of the company. they work hard so that the company can earn profits and the business can grow in the long-term basis.

good employees create good working environment condition which encourages all to work in such way that helps in there growth as well as the company.motivated and happy employee is the major source. he is like a fuel of the company.

so when the new employee joins the company the manager should encourage him and should tell him the code of conduct. the manager should give him the following guidance

1. employee should keep a positive attitude towards the company and the employees.

2. Always be active and ready for the challenges.

the company should also take steps to encourage employee.

2. should encourage them and allow them in decision making
