Teamwork is a collective outcome or productive activity which engage with more than one person. A good teamwork can reflect the effective utilization of cost, labor and resources.

Teamwork needs coordination so that the team could achieve the mutual goal but the coordination depends on the leadership so that we can say that good leadership enhances the capacity and productivity of a team. A good leader identifies the capabilities to assign particular work to get the best outcomes, it also motivates and inspires people which meant to be a more effective work culture. The history of the world is filled with stories of good and bad leadership. Good leaders made milestones for their job while bad leaders ruined businesses and jobs. In my opinion, good leadership is a guarantee of the effectiveness of the team, the value of work and a symbol of success.
