A. To prevent childhood obesity, we must follow healthy food practices, avoid junk foods kids must be provided with low calorie foods, kids must be kept active more by giving active tasks so that their laziness reduces, make sure that they spend more in active phase than in front of TV and videogames.
B. Prevention of heart disease and hypertension, we need to get in to healthy food habits. We must take low calorie foods. We can take fruits , vegetables, fiber rich whole grains, legumes, seeds, nuts, fish and less meat. Limit intake of sweet/carbonated drinks and red meat. Choose only low fat dairy products.
