Some of the important points which has to be considered while teaching children are

  • It should be short ,simple and easy to understand
  • Plan material according to the knowledge level of the children in elementary school
  • Ensure to use catchy materials to grasp the attention of the children
  • Trying to involve the children through simple activities ,games
  • Use of non verbal communication and techniques along with verbal techniques can enhance learning.

In adults verbal teaching is sufficient whereas in children verbal and non verbal teaching are required. The children are to be taught with more audiovisual aides than the adults. Comparison learning and teaching skill is required in children whereas adults don't require it most. Rewards can make children to be more participatory than adults .
