1. Benefits of physical activities. Because it helps to alleviates all the lifestyle problems and helps to maintain good physical and emotional health.

2. It discussses the various components to maintain a good health. In that includes physical health, emotional health, weight management,human sexuality, reduced alcohol consumption, good communication and healthy relationship. These are contribute to good healthier person. People receive medical treatment to maintain the balance, when necessary. Physical well-being involves pursuing a healthful lifestyle to decrease the risk of disease.

3. Major health issues facing Americans are over weight, obesity and substance abuse.

  • Diet control by including all the nutrients

  • Exercise regularly. You need to get 150 to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week to prevent weight gain.
  • Follow a healthy-eating plan.
  • Know and avoid the food traps that cause you to eat.
  • Monitor your weight regularly.
  • Be consistent.
