an organisation should make goals and objective for delivering care to the customer

an organisation should do following thing in order to satisfy their customer.

they have to appoint customer relation officer.it is duty of the customer relation officer who should meet customer for getting feed back. monitoring: daily visiting,

they are : respect to the customer, every custmer is different, behaves in different way. it is responsibility of officer adopt to need of a customer.

officer should greet them in a way they like greet with their name and after finihing conversation say thank you ,

active listening to the customer voices,

avoiding delays to the customers questions, needs immediate attention

always keep positive attitude,

support and explain customer neat and clear expalnation way and most important thing is that never arque with the customers.

health is important for all of us in order to lead good life and in the same way, cost is very important to maintain good health and to increase lifespan of an individual. spending on health is becoming higher for example in the form of cost of medications, instrument, physician. so US health care system maintains balance between health of all the people by spending on health care system by means of public and private insurence agencies.
