Homework Answers

Answer #1

Yes, I think it was advisable for Apple as well as At&t to enter into a strategic alliance because it would have exposed These company to enter into such segments which they have never explored before. Apple would have entered into a different new segments having a new target customer care and AT&T would have Exposed to other segments like phones and other software that Apple has to offer.

I think about these companies would have gained a lot of synergies and they would have benefited each other in order to improve the functioning of each other by exposing them to others market where the buyers and are different and they can target them and retain them it could have been a lot of profit making an increase in market share for both the companies so I think the manager was desirable.
