Homework Answers

Answer #1

According to me employees should not have expectation of privacy while they are at the workplace even if it is their spare time because the employeer is required to keep a constant check on the behaviour of the employees so that there is no misconduct in the company. At the same time there should be proper policies formed by the company taking into confidence the employees so that there is clarity as to the expected conduct of employees while they are at the workplace . In addition to it the employees should not be simply fired and be given a chance to defend themselves and also be given reasonable level of privacy while they work in the company
