GROUP PROJECT

e semester you have participated in many group/team discussions. Whether it was about Greece, recycling, MLK, or any other group discussion you have been part of during class. You need to think about those experiences and answer the following questions in an informal essay. This could be about one team or multiple groups throughout the semester.

1. How did you contribute to the group or how did you help the group move forward by articulating the merits of ideas.

2. How did you help facilitate the contributions of the team members? How did you encourage someone that wasn't participating as much?

3. How did you contribute as an individual? Were you at every class when we were working in groups, or if you were the writer of the group?

4. How did you support a constructive team climate?

5. How did you respond to a conflict or difference of opinion?

1. Ideas are contributed in team using Fish Bone Techniques and Brainstorming . Many a times Agile Scrum methodologies are used for testing each ideas cohesively and unanimously .
2. Motivation came whenever team member participated and more opportunities and time were given to freely express their views. Contributions were even where each member was given chance to speak and jot down his strategies and convince the implementation plan.
3. Individual contributions given are through participative analysis and convicing ideas backed up by data research and information
4. Constructive team climate comes when all are liable to accept criticism constructively and strive towards betterment of goals.
5. Difference of opinion can be easily handled if one person understands another persons rationale and collaborates to reach common ground. End of day it brings more cohesiveness .
