Have you ever been on a team that was particularly cohesive? How did that team perform? In contrast, have you ever been on a team that was fragmented? How was that experience?

Yes, I have been on a team that was particularly cohesive and I am talking about my current team in my organization where we are six members in the team working together to achieve a common goal that is success of our project based on which our organization will benefit. We have been together for around three and a half years and we have been very successful at present although things were very difficult at the beginning but gradually the chemistry we had grew and helped us achieve the same.

Yes, I have also been a part if a fragmented team and it was my first project in the current organization which I joined just after my graduation, although the experience was very short for around 4 months, but it was quite bad because I say that there are teams within the team and a unhelathy competition to outperform each other which actually made it difficult for us to achieve the common goal.
