A small company needs to develop an information system for the Finance and Accounting Department. As an analyst which process model would you prefer and why?

The model that is better to use is the combination of Spiral and Prototype model (Hybrid model).

The advantages of combining these models are :

1. We get the requirements from the customers in stages so due to this model product can be developed in stages and the requirements can be added on whenever the custmoer notifies us.

2. This model brings us high flexibility.

3. Due to prototyping in each and every phase stakeholders will have clear idea about what should be added in order to improve its efficiency.

4. The process cycles of the model will be smooth because there wouldn't much deviation from the standard procedures.
