Industrial revolution was public health disaster, because the housing system of the migrating labour was poor, overcrowding. As a result they are suffering from diarrhea, tuberculosis, cholera, typhoid, skin infections. They can not get enough food and child labour was increased, so child were suffering from protein energy malnutrition, starvation. The diseases became endemic and caused hight death rate, high infant mortality rate, decreased quality of life of the lower people

. Industrial revolution caused environmental pollution, climate changes, as a result breathing problem, respiratory tract infection, water born disease like diarrhoea, cholera, dysentery. The labour were suffering from occupational hazards like silicosis, asbestosis.

Industrial revolution was also boon because it improved machinery system and decreased time of production and huge production occurs. It increased food, utensils, clothing supplies. It improved economic status of the country. It improved sewage system. The life style of the middle and upper class people were improved. Medical instruments, technology was improved and production is increased. New invention caused benefits to the people.
