Hello!

Freud was a jew by Religion ,he was atheist for Freud religion was only an illusion which was merely in people's head and said it was almost like we needing security or us feeling secure for instance when we are kids we are also assured by our patents ,they keep us going ,when we are hurt or unsure we always turn to them and like the good parents they are they try to help us in every way possible and just how we blindly trust our parents. For him religion was almost imaginary and could escape into it when needed just like how we like to think of a good memory or of a good vacation when stress hits us and I want to quote something for your better understanding there is a saying is Kannada a language from South of India from the state Karnataka the quote says "SANKATA BANDAGA VENKATARAMANA" , well the quote says only when in trouble do we think of God and here job is most certainly related to religion, God assures us many things and we like to escape into the feeling of thinking God will help us etc. He said that people of this day and age must grow up and should start reasoning everything and should just leave religion behind in the childhood. He says it's almost like the idea of religion develops in childhood and we manage to drag it to our adult life .

Thankyou, hope this helped
