Foodborne illness are mainly caused by bacteria,viruses, fungi and other microorganisms.Before eating food we should wash our hands with soap.The kichen and the utensils should be cleaned regularly otherwise the bacterias can grow in the food wastes sticked in them.Avoid eating from hotels and try to cook your own meal.Do not eat every kind of meat and make sure that it is properly cooked.Contaminated food or bevarages should not be consumed.Fruits and vegetables should be washed before consumption.
