Answer #1

Medium steak is highly associated with foodborne illness. It contains salmonella, campylobacter, E coli, clostridium perfringens and many other food poison causing organisms.

Intervention:-If steak eaten as medium or rare then it should be collected from a reputable store. It has a different processing method. It has to be cooked at 145 degree celsius. As a doctor or nurse, antibiotics against the bacteria or a broad spectrum antibiotics will help. If the person stops diarrhea symptoms and vomiting and can eat without having any nausea, then we can know that the plan has been successful.
