Most of the pathogens in foods are facultative anaerobic organisms. This type of bacteria can grow with and without oxygen. For this cause oxygen factor is not an important factor to grow or reproduce Foodborn pathogen. If food temperature is below 4 degree or above 60 degree celsius , then food born pathogen can't grow. But below 40 degree Celsius this type of pathogen can easily reproduced and may cause of disease and illness.

Time is required for the microorganisms growth, basically food born pathogen. Moisture or water is a important factor to grow pathogen in food.
