Answer #1

Answer)

I see HR technology as one of the most important tools in meeting organizational goals. The reason for this are as follows :-

- It helps in focussing more on important and productive work as it helps in reducing time involved in knowing basic details such as finding how many holidays are available for a particular employee.

- It helps in training existing employees which further leads to better employee productivity, communication and collaboration.

- It helps in turning offices into smart offices which leads to better business outcomes and improvement in effectiveness of the concerned organization.

Hope this helps you !!!
