what is the differences between fantasy and reality

Fantasy is an idea with no basis and it's your imagination while the reality is what you see that what is exists which can be felt, hear and experience.
The most common example that we see from our childhood is the movies in which the dogs are flying, the cup and plates are talking and the witches fly with the help of Brooms. So this is not real and totally based on the imaginations.

Fantasy also relates to events that take place in works created through the imagination of others, such as TV shows and books whereas reality is that when we know the shows are not true and these are fictional things only.

A person's understanding of reality is affected by social interactions or some other factors also.
