Explain why a court will not hear a moot case
A moot case is a case which is entirely fictional or in the form of an abstract question. A case is considered to be moot if in such case further legal proceedings cannot affect or if the case is moved out of the power of court. In such cases or scenarios court will not hear the case. Because it is anyways not going to cause any legal significant action.
Eg If due to any reason an individual is not allowed to cinticon his education and the case is filed ,but he gets permission to start his education in due course ,years pass by and during the final verdict it is already completion of his graduation without any contravercies , course has no role now to play in such cases, this is considered moot case and court does not here such cases because there is no legal or social implications from such cases.
