This was the case that set it free for every American to have his freedom of marriage. This was an important case, since two men John Lawrence and Tyron garner, had been arrested under “homos-exual conduct law”. This case put forward the fact that it is the fundamental right of every citizen to be married. This case ensured that all individuals should be protected and every individual has the equality, liberty as well as right to human dignity. This case made it clear that even homose-xual individuals have equal rights of marriage and intimacy and that is their personal choice and their decision.
