Even today, people don't have the right knowledge about psychological testing because the word psychological means mentally retarded to many. They don't have enough awareness about what the field of psychology has to offer. Psychological tests test variety of areas of humans such as personality, emotions, abilities etc. So, I would like to know whether all the psychological tests are authentic and how accurate their assessments are. Psychological testing will indicate which skill one is good and one is not good thus indicating the course of action for improvement.
