Answer #1

Answer . Yes psychologist should surely discuss test results with the client after the administration of the test . It is one of the main ethics of psychological testing i.e. knowledge of results. The client has full authority to know his/her results and has full right to either continue or withdraw feom the treatment /research / testing.

The psychologist should always breif the client about the test and the whole procedure into understandable terms and instructions . Also informed consent should be there . This means that the client should be well aware of the procedure and should be willing to participate without any pressure . Confidentiality of results is also very important aspect.
