Sexual Harassment could be based on various facets like, religion, gender, ethnicity, race and etcetera. Women are more likely to face sexual harassment than men. Women are considered to be weak in comparison to men. At a work place, male bosses ask for sexual favors from female employees in return for a job promotion. This is a kind of sexual harassment which is based on gender discrimination. Sometimes, individuals from a foreign country are sexually harassed because they think it is easier to sleep with them since they are from a foreign land and would succumb to any sexual advancements. The above are a few ways in which sexual harassment is related to discrimination.
