Harassment can include sexual harassment or unwelcome sexual improvements, desires for sexual favors, verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. Harassment is not desired to want favors but also based on sex discrimination. ex: harassing a woman by making offensive comments on women in general.

1.• Only women can file a case for sexual harassment, there is no such thing as sexual harassment of the same man can also file a case.
2.• Sexual harassment only covers protection against unwelcome
sexual advances at work or other conduct that is sexual in
nature.
