The line between sexual harassment and sexual interest lies in the word itself. Sexual interest includes letting the other person know through verbal or non verbal communication. If the other person is interested, they would reciprocate. However, enforcing oneself onto another individual is harassment. The major line between sexual harassment and interest is, consent. If a person is sexually interest in you, he/she would reciprocate verbally or through non-verbal communication like gestures, smiling and etcetera. However, it is considered to be harassment if a person gropes another person, forcibly kisses without consent. Harassment could also be non-verbal like dirty, filthy looks which would make a person feel uncomfortable. There is a fine line between sexual harassment and sexual interest.
