Answer #1

While communicating in a business environment you need to be aware of your audience. You need to be aware of the number of people in the room as it is an imperative that while communicating you are looking at each one of them.

It is also necessary to be aware of feedback cues the audience provides you with the at helps one understand whether the intended message is revived or not.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to judge a person's emotional response through verbal and nonverbal cues and moderating ones own reaction by the feedback one receives from these cues is mastering the art of communication and becoming a more emotionally intelligent individual.

This can further aid in effective communication.
