During adolescence, the young people think a lot about their bodies looks very often. They compare their bodies with others. An important part of healthy self-esteem is the positive teenage body image and should help the young children think and feel positive about their body. A positive or healthy body image leads to a feeling of happiness and satisfaction with their body, as well as being comfortable with and accepting the way they look. A negative or unhealthy body image leads to a feeling unhappiness with the way they look.
